Application
EcooGraphix ECOO-G is a new, environmentally friendly, Development On Press CTP plate.
It can be run directly on a printing press after imaging, without a need for chemical processing.
Recommended application to press procedures of ECOO-G:
1. Clean all the inks on the blanket;
2. Start the press machine, apply the water roller, run 30-40 seconds;
3. Apply the ink rollers 20-30 seconds;
4. Apply the paper and start print.
Remark: If steps 2 and 3 are longer, the paper will be wasted less.

Characteristics
ECOO-G is a double layer, and the emulsion layer will not dissolve in water,
so it will not integrate into the fountain solution;
while the protection layer is well water-soluble, and it will be easily dissolved into the fountain solution.

Difference Between Agfa Azura TS and ECOO-G Processless CTP Plates
Compared with Agfa Azura TS (a non-chemical plate), ECOO-G offers a more efficient and truly chemistry-free solution.
Azura TS plates still require a wash unit after imaging. Although the solution used in the unit is low in chemical content (similar to a mild detergent), this extra step is necessary to clean the plate surface before printing.
In contrast, our ECOO-G plates are 100% processless. After CTP imaging, the plate can be directly mounted onto the printing press—no wash unit, no rinsing, no additional equipment, and zero chemical handling.
