Processless Thermal Negative DOP  Non-Chemistry CTP printing plate

 

ECOO-G thermal DOP plate (develop on press ), could be applied onto printers directly without processing/developer after imaging, chemistry free, environment-friendly.

 

ECOO-G Plus thermal plate is a new environmental-friendly processless printing plate. ECOO-G plate can be run on press machine directly after CTP exposing, no need chemistry processing. It is double layer plate: emulsion layer is on the aluminum, and protection layer is above emulsion layer.

The emulsion layer is negative photopolymerization /cross-link, can be exposed by 800-850nm wave-length. So all the known thermal CTPs (can expose normal thermal plate) on the market can expose this plate, only set up the exposure parameter to “negative”.

The protection layer is water-soluble polymer. It is mainly used to protect the emulsion layer high sensitivity (low exposure energy required), and from damaging as well. Therefore, it is important to keep the plate away from any water, steam or even sweat materials.

ECOO-G plate will be affected by high temperature and high humidity. Recommended shipment and storage condition is 18-25 OC, RH 30-50%.

1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time is normally 30 days. We prodduce regularly per 2 months.

2. Do you offer free plate samples?
Yes, we offer free testing samples maximum 12 pcs for each size but with delivery fee to collect.

3. How do you guarantee stable quality?
There are 3 inpecting procedures: 1, automatic on-line 24h scanning detector; 2, random sampling per 15 mins at the producing line; 3, manually full inspection before packing. The production is mature. It is not a new product to us.

4. Do you have accompanying plate making products to enable one-stand easy purchase for some end users?
Yes. CTP machine, processors, violet plate, CTP-CTCP plate, chemistry(fountain solution, roller wash, etc.) are all available to make your purchase more easily.

5. Payment term
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping. or LC at sight.

6. Is refrigerating container necessary for shipment?
No. The plate is relatively stable and mature. So normal container is enough unless some ertreme hot situations.
