0.30mm Processless Thermal CTP Plate – Aluminum DOP for Offset Printing

Application 

The EcooGraphix ECOO-G is an innovative, eco-friendly Development On Press (DOP) CTP plate. After imaging, it can be placed directly on the printing press, eliminating the need for chemical processing.

Recommended press procedure for ECOO-G:

1. Thoroughly clean ink residues from the blanket.

2. Start the press and engage the water roller for 30–40 seconds.

3. Activate the ink rollers for 20–30 seconds.

4. Feed paper and begin printing.

Note: Extending steps 2 and 3 helps reduce paper waste.

*Note: Higher exposure energy will make the image contrast clear and benefit the plate run length. 

while over-high/low exposure energy will affect the image quality negatively.

Characteristics

The ECOO-G plate features a double-layer structure:

• The emulsion layer is non-water-soluble, ensuring it does not mix with the fountain solution.

• The protective layer is water-soluble and dissolves quickly into the fountain solution, enabling smooth press performance.
