  • Double layer plate: emulsion layer on aluminum with protection layer above
  • Negative photopolymerization/cross-link emulsion layer for 800-850nm wavelength exposure
  • Compatible with all thermal CTPs on market (set exposure parameter to "negative")
  • Water-soluble polymer protection layer maintains high sensitivity
  • Important: Keep plate away from water, steam, or sweat materials

Recommended application to press procedures
  • Clean all inks on the blanket
  • Start press machine, apply water roller, run 30-40 seconds
  • Apply ink rollers 20-30 seconds
