Economic 80000 running length Positive Thermal CTP Printing plate
This thermal CTP Plate(Single Layer) is able to meet various requirements of high grade commercial and newspaper printing. It has the advantages of fast plate making speed, high tolerance level, precise half-tone dot reproduction, good ink balance and high press run length, and good price. But if you use UV ink and vanish, and fluently make long printing jobs, this plate is not suitable. It is better to try our ECOO-ED and ECOO-TSR.

*Note: Higher exposure energy will make the image contrast more clear, and benefit to the plate run length; while over high/low exposure energy will affect the image quality negatively.
Suitable for sheet-fed offset press without UV ink, vanish.
Run length: 60000-100000 impressions
Suitable for different types of traditional inks and fountain solutions, commercial printing, newspaper printing and package printing.
Transpotation and storage
Packed in seal and stored by means of preventing from light/moisture, over heat and high humidity.
Recommended conditions: 18ºC-24ºC, 40%-50% RH
Avoid saliva, water stains, water mist and other aqueous solution contaminating the plate surface before plate-making.
If the plates can not be used up after unpacking right away, the rest should be put into the original package, then seal it to prevent from moisture.
