ECOO-G Thermal DOP plate (Development On Press, Processless)

ECOO-G thermal CTP plate is a new environmental-friendly processless printing plate. ECOO-G plate can run on press machine directly after CTP exposing, no need chemistry processing. It is double layer plate: emulsion layer is on the aluminum, and protection layer is above emulsion layer.

The emulsion layer is negative photopolymerization /cross-link, can be exposed by 800-850nm wave-length. So all the known thermal CTPs (can expose normal thermal plate) on the market can expose this plate, only set up the exposure parameter to "negative".

The protection layer is water-soluble polymer. It is mainly used to protect the emulsion layer high sensitivity (low exposure energy required), and from damaging as well. Therefore, it is important to keep the plate away from any water, steam or even sweat materials.

ECOO-G plate will be affected by high temperature and high humidity. Recommended shipment and storage condition is 18-25 OC, RH 30-50%.
