3D Shining and Spot Varnishing: Varnish drop-on-demand application directly from computer to label. Single pass allows 10-180 micron varnish coating thickness.
Embossing: Utilizes unique UV inkjet printing technology to create crystal clear polymer varnish that adheres tightly, maintains stable properties, full shape definition, and durable compliance. Embossed characters and graphics permanently retain clear outlines without deformation.
Cold Foil Stamping: Digital cold foil workflow delivers high precision with minimal waste. Foil adheres to varnished areas, allowing foil stamping on OPP/PET film with matching height to varnish application.
Braille Printing: Minimum varnishing layer of 10μm achievable in one pass with normal UV varnish. Maximum thickness of 150μm with normal UV varnish. For braille printing applications common in European markets, specialized UV varnish enables 170μm height in one pass, with two passes achieving maximum 350μm height.
