CTP Flexographix Plate Image Making Machine

Brief introduction
 
FL4835 is a flexo CTP machine, which is used to make images on flexo plate. Together with flexo processor machine, this flexo prepress production line could make imaged flexo plate for flexo printing. The max. imaging area is1220mm*1020mm. Another achievement for this machine is its 256 laser valve technology, which makes square spot and allows highest resolution.

Equipped with a newly developed 256-channel laser printhead from Amsky Engraves a 48x35 inch full dot plate in 30 minutes at 5080 dpi(compatible with 2540 dpi, can be extended to 10160 dpi).
The 256 laser valve makes recangle dot, to make sure the liset spot exposed the full image pixel area.For 5080 dpi the image dot pixel size is 5um*5um.
 
Laser distance detection and voice coil motor device is used for dynamic autofocus to secure accurate focus during exposure.
Double lines and triple lines overlapping functions can allow the LAMS ablation with the superior image quality and efficiency for flexo plate exposure.
Instant temperature monitoring and pre-calibration of laser head can make sure the laser exposure stability and reliability.
