UV Varnish Spot Reserved and Overall Varnish Coating Machine 1650mm
The HIS series of UV local glazing machine adopt the Bite-transferring structure and chain track design of offset printing press. The drying section is a conveyor net structure, adopt the large diameter impression cylinder, so the finished oil film is very flat and even, accurate and bright. It can comprehensive think about both thick and thin papers, and can be used for both full UV and partial UV coating.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
* The machine is suitable for using water-based varnish, UV Varnish.
* UV lamp curling system: The paper will be non-curling after separated.
* Low cost: Ceramic anilox roller coating, minimize gluing amount to 5g/sqm.
* The heating energy cycle drying system makes the whole machine power consumption about 15kw/h.
* High efficiency:The machine working speed reaches to 50m/min, 5000sheets/h.

Coating speed depend on paper weight, film thickness and gule material quality.
