Brief introduction and application
VD3350 is designed to work with digital label printing machines. It is fully computer-controlled and can cut any sizes or curves.
It does not require cutting die or mould. It can deal with variable data and can do tailer made or complicated designs.
Machine features and functions
1 High precision feeding system:
Utilize the ultrasonic web-guide system,
it makes sure the feeding perfectly.
2 Cold laminating
It has cold laminating function, your label will be bright and perfect. The back liner removal is optional.
3 Digital die-cutting system
VD3350 Digital label die-cutter utilizes high precision screw transmission system. Max speed can be 30m per minute. Individual control for the 4 heads, combining with the function of auto adjust the heads distance, to make the every single head on or off.
4 CCD identify system
With the CCD camera position and identify system, to recognize the sequence, to reach the function of changing file and cutting next graphics automatically.
5 Precision slitting system
Utilize rotary slitting mode, can install max.15 blades, high speed with 60m per minute, instead of traditional slitting equipment completely.
6 The waste removing system
The precision machinery design can control the roller rotating uniformly, avoid removing waste discontinuously due to unstable pressure, keep finishing labels clean.

It depends on the customer's inquiry for speed. The standard configuration is one group of 4 pcs of blades. The max speed 30 m/min will require 3 groups of blades.
4. is it flatbed or roll cutting?
Actually, it is not flatbed cutting nor roll cutting. It is digital cutting. The blades look like needles and cut in any curves. It is totally computerized.
