   The High Speed UV Spot and Overall Coating machine SD1060 adopts upper-sway gripper-pass-sheet method to enable max speed up to 9500 sheets/hour. UV curing system with Teflon conveying belt has characteristic of higher speed, precise orientation and UV curing higher efficiency and lower power consumption. After sheet travelling through UV coater and being transferred directly by teflon belt, grippers can not be heated by high temperature from UV light, which prevent them from being damaged or deformed to ensure easy maintenance.

  How does the machine SD1060 make Spot Gloss UV Texture Varnishing?

    The machine can make both gloss UV spot coating and Overall full coating with both UV varnish and matt waterbase varnish. The UV varnish is dried by UV curing lamp or LED UV , the waterbase varnish is dried by the IR lights.

   How does the machine SD1060 make texture partial reserved spot coating?

   The spot coating is done by the anilox roller with flexo polymer plate. The polymer flexo plate size is depended on the scale area of the part need to be varnishing. The flexo plate is sticked on a transparent film, which will be clamped on the coating roller. 

   The varnishing thickness is controled by the anilox roller lines,  the 180 L/Inch is for 6g/sqm.
