AUTOMATIC DIE-CUTTING MACHINE MODEL TD790S is consisted of feeding unit. main unit and delivery unit. Non-stop feeding and delivery, electrical control system are available with the machine. The inserter, pre-stack, stripping unit, BECKER pump and thermal embossing are all for you options.
1. Gripper Bar
Adopting high-strength aluminum alloy to prolong the endurance and lighten the weight, and the design is especially suitable for thin paper.
2. Gearbox Clutch
Intermittent system protects the machine from overload, and torque transfer system adopts the ball-filling groove design. Asymmetrical design can transfer the force perfectly, and also be reset easily after overload.
Main Features
1) Main unit drive is using AC inverter control. The air clutch is imported for machine's running and break.
2) Micro-processor composed of PLC and program to monitor running of whole machine. More visual sketch plus word trouble indications in touch screen on the main unit to enable you to find trouble caused in shortest time to reduce machine down time.
