The forms are created through direct exposure (Computer-to-Plate) of the image onto the printing plate. This process eliminates the need for installation and copying steps in the workflow, enhancing print quality and reducing setup time. The result is an almost flawless combination of CtP forms, particularly those with punches made during the exposure process.
We exclusively use thermal exposure systems, which ensure the highest possible quality. All of the forms we produce feature a two-layer coating, significantly improving circulation resistance and providing enhanced protection against aggressive chemicals. These forms are suitable for a wide range of printing tasks, including complex jobs and high-volume runs (over 50,000 sheets), as well as printing with foils and UV inks. They deliver flawless linearization, sharp raster points, and consistently reproduce 1-2% rasters with precision. Shadowing on the printing plates is virtually eliminated.
