1. Application
Wide format CTP bridges the gap between digital design and traditional large-scale offset printing, making it economical to produce high-quality, large-format materials efficiently.
EcooGraphix VLF(Very Large Format) Thermal CTP Machine T1600S can be used for A0,B0 paper size Posters or Wall-charts , Large Books, catalogue, yellow pages, packaging processing and plate-making center etc. , with the output speed 14 -19 plates per hour.
Firstly , the printing design files are made on computer by the RIP and Workflow software, and then the files are sent to the CTP . The file images are scanned by the lasers (830nm thermal laser or 405nm UV laser) to the aluminum CTP plates. The laser scanning hardens the photosensitive coating on the CTP plate.
Then the CTP plate goes through the CTP processor, the developer chemical is inside the CTP processor, to wash out the non imaging area of the CTP plate. The CTP plate will be quickly dried in the CTP processor after washing .
Finally the CTP plates are put on the offset press machine , for printing jobs.

Automatic plate loading and unloading can improve your plate-making efficiency.
