The Flexographic Computer-to-Plate (CTP) relief plate making process converts a digital artwork file directly into a 3D relief photopolymer plate using a high-precision laser imager. This method completely eliminates the traditional film intermediate step, resulting in sharper dots, lower structural waste, and faster turnaround times.

FL4835 takes the 256CH fiber laser head,which can output 5080dpi round dots. It can make Dry ablation film, Digital water washing letterpress plate. Digital water washing flexo plate, Digital solvent washing flexo plate.
