As we are approaching to the year end and embracing new year of 2025, I would like to send our warmest greetings from EcooGraphix teams!

2024 has been a challenging year for all of us, due to many issues globally such as wars, political instability, energy crisis, protectionism and etc. However, EcooGraphix, with ongoing focus on customers and customer satisfaction, we gratefully made solid progress on our business growth.

In 2024, EcooGraphix made significant growth on customers/partners base. Worldwide, there are over 45 new customers/partners joined EcooGraphix community, a 10% annual growth of customer base. Among these new customers/partners, there are some prestigious and well known names such as Graphix in Brazil, Brant instore (under marketing.com) in Canada, CrownPackaging in Africa, G2 solution in Australia, Printwell In Philippines, Standard Newspaper in Tanzania and etc. We are grateful!

Our quality product portfolio expanded solidly as well. Our Ctp machine family released Flexo 5080 and 4835 models aiming at flexo platemaking and packaging markets; Our plate family released latest version of Processless plate Ecoo-G, a direct full replacement to any competitor plates worldwide. Ecoo-G has been well received by new customers in North America and Europe; On label printing segment, our digital label embellishments machine EcooSpark continue gaining momentum in market with more customers on board. We recently released our new digital label printing machine: Label Smart, a stand alone or modular heavy duty inkjet label printing machine. Our digital label die cutting machine VD3350 continue to achieve success in the market, and annual sales grew rapidly. Our commercial and publication solution continue lead the way in African market, including a complete solution on printing, binding and finishing etcs.

In order to better serve our growing customers/partners base, we made further investments on customer service by adding new team members by 15%, as well as upgrading our internet infrastructure.
